Coopers 62 looks like a pale urine, with little head and fizz.
It has aromatic hints of berries and beer.
It has a fizzy enjoyable fun flavour in the mouth. Sweetness levels well balanced with bitterness.
A good Session beer. It would be good with a parma or a steak.

Coopers 62 Pilsner had a lighter golden colour with little fizz and weak head.
It had a faint aroma which was malty with a crisp taste without any strong flavours. Nice and easy to drink and not unpleasant, it just doesn't exite the taste buds.

Coming from the Coopers Family, Coopers 62 was an unexpected brew, it is obvious that their forte is in Ales. Pilsner 62 has an initial rich flavour of Saaz hops and malt with a refreshing bitterness that turns into an after-taste that is so crisp there is no flavour, and the head and lacing are a dissapointment.
Coopers 62 is a great beer for those that like thier lagers in nice bottles with little flavour. Coopers 62 is obviously Coopers belated answer to CUB's Crown Lager, but between those two Coopers 62 Pilsner wins.
