Out of all the Macrobrewers in Australia, Coopers is the only one that can do that. With it's fine sediment Coopers pale ale is one of the flagships of this old family brewery. It has bold malty and grainy flavours with only a hit of hops. Coopers Original Pale Ale is more modelled on the UK Pale Ale then the new American Pale Ales. It is not craft beer but it is definetly better then a lot of the macro lagers out there.
